김성학 Sung Hak Kim (Kimbo)
Kim Sung Hak, known as Kimbo to many, is a Korean born Australian who has lived in Australia over the last 30 years. After completing his studies in Economics (in Korea) and Business Management (in Australia), he has built his own businesses throughout his career within both countries. Kimbo has a wealth of experience with both cultures in many sectors such as import/export, film making (recipient of Austrade & Governor’s Export Awards), just to name a few. This experience has provided Kimbo the opportunity to also consult on projects by local businesses and State & Federal Governments in both South Korea and Australia.
Kimbo’s wealth of knowledge provides the client a local who understands what products and services will or will not work in South Korea. The AGS team provide expert advice to individuals that would like to pursue such a difficult task of exporting to a foreign country. Kimbo is currently the chairman of World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations (OKTA) which has branches in 140 cities worldwide and the chairman of Institute for International Commerce Research (in Korea).
